La settimana dal 9 al 15 dicembre è stata dedicata negli USA all'Information Literacy in Second Life.
E' nato un ning (http://infolit-week-in-sl.ning.com/) dove vengono segnalati e commentati tutti gli appuntamenti e condivise tutte le informazioni sulle attività e gli eventi riguardanti appunto l'IL di cui viene fornita anche una fulminante definizione:

"... knowing when and why you need information, where to find it, and how to evaluate, use and communicate it in an ethical manner."
